Welcome to the United Nations Human Rights Council's final adoption in the Third Philippine Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Report.
In a statement by Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella, it said the acceptance of the Philippine UPR Report in Geneva is a sign that it recognizes the human rights record and the Philippines is doing to promote human rights.
Abella also pointed out that the government values the dignity of every Filipino in the fight against drug trafficking.

Abella also thanked the Philippine Government UPR team led by Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary (DFA) Alan Peter Cayetano because of its worldwide interpretation of the policies, obligations and promotion of the Duterte administration to protect human rights.
